Andrea B. O’Brien is an Attorney of Counsel with Winston Law Group.  She specializes in special needs planning, estate and asset protection planning, elder law, trust administration, probate administration, guardianships and conservatorships.

She is a member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys, the Essex County Bar Association and the Women’s Bar Association of Massachusetts.

Andrea received her undergraduate degree in criminal justice from Saint Anselm College and her Juris Doctor from Suffolk University Law School.
