Christina T. Vidoli is an associate at the Winston Law Group. She practices in the following areas: estate planning, long-term care planning, planning for children and adults with special needs, guardianship and conservatorship, probate administration, MassHealth (Medicaid) applications and appeals, and community MassHealth benefits.
Through her practice Christina strives to support the independence and dignity of elders and individuals with special needs by helping them to remain in the community enjoying the comfort and security of their homes as long as is safely possible. She understands the issues that a family faces whether they are planning for a loved one who must enter a nursing home, or creating a special needs trust for a vulnerable person. Christina helps families find resources and protect their assets to both enhance the quality of life of their loved one and make the caregiver’s life more manageable.
Christina is an active member of the National Academy of Elder Law Attorneys (“NAELA”), and the Massachusetts Chapter of NAELA, serving on NAELA’s Special Needs Law steering committee. She is also a member of the Massachusetts Academy of Trial Lawyers, Massachusetts Bar Association and the Boston Bar Association, serving on the Boston Bar’s New Developments in Estate Planning Committee.
In addition, Christina has been a member on the board of directors of FriendshipWorks, a charity which provides assistance and companionship to elderly and disabled individuals in an effort to reduce social isolation amongst these groups. Christina regularly does community outreach by educating medical and financial advisors, social workers and geriatric care managers about financial assistance to seniors for the cost of care at home, in an assisted living facility and other residential options. Christina is a 2016 and 2017 recipient of the Five Star Wealth Manager Award for her work as an estate planner.
Christina enjoys meeting with families and learning about their goals and concerns in order to formulate and implement a plan to provide them with the peace of mind that they will be protected in the future. When she’s not in the office, Christina is a devoted yogi, runner and cross-cyclist and loves spending time with her family.
